Today’s Info 10th October 2015

Another very busy Saturday!

Cesarewitch at Newmarket takes a bit of solving. Interesting yesterday to hear from Olly Murphy on RacingFM about Bayan who has “had a little wind op” and that might just eek more from a runner that already would tick plenty of boxes. A super tough type who gives everything and Cam Hardie is up top from the foot of the card they look set for a big run.

The other I like is Nearly Caught who goes for Hughie Morrison and the runs behind Seamore and Quest For More highlight a strong chance and then went the wrong way behind Litigant in the Ebor but obvious excuses there alone and without the main pack. Returning to the previous runs he looks overpriced to figure especially as there will still be a bit of moisture there this afternoon in the ground.

I know people will expect me to go with Suzi’s Connoiseur and I will not dissapoint although the Stuart Williams charge may do that for us there is a nice pot in the bank to won and hopefully goes right today at York for all concerned!

Memorial Day on the same card and Air Force Blue at Newmarket are too at short prices I like on the afternoon and Air Force Blue may just have too much experience and perhaps getting first run on Emotionless in the feature there will see Ryan Moore come home in front of the big horse!

At Chepstow I’m looking forwared to seeing some nice horses out and the market may have overlooked Karezak in the Listed Hurdle at 3.55, a hardy type who just fell below the top class last term but will love better ground on return and the former John Oxx trained runner will have more to offer with another summer on his back. Might be meeting a Nicholls special but on what has been shown is entitled to take the beating if fit and well here and should run a race at a decent price.

In the Silver Trophy you could pick out a few with cases to be made but Mantou is a live one after bumping into Low Key last time who heads the Ces field today of course and that run is underestimated now near the bottom of the weights here. The trainer is firing them in as you would expect this time of year and relies on this charge for a big pot, Aidan Coleman rides and there will be a lot of improvement to come from this well bred four year old.

At Fairyhouse I’m a follower of Gambling Girl who was running a nice race over fences before falling last time and this is very winnable on the basis of her best form, Jumped well in the main that day and Mark Bolger is a positive jockey who should get the best out of her.
