Today’s Info 11th May 2014

Good morning.

Not a lot to work with today in terms of punting material. It was a solid run from Ayaar yesterday making sure we ended somewhere near par. I thought Semeen looked good and will be winning a nice pot this year on better ground and Vibrato Valtat knows more than me about why he didn’t win the Swinton swinging on the bridle, what a monkey. I can imagine his stable is plastered with Harchibald posters.

I’ve an interest at Ludlow with a small bet on Sin Bin for Nicholls and Sam TD, this fella improved last time but giving a stone away was too much to hold on in the finish and connections have added pieces to the horse today. That will hopefully help him travel a little kinder as he is quite hard on him self and a repeat of that last run makes him hard to beat here. I expect a little improvement and he can go through with his effort better for that experience. Looks the one to beat with main rivals facing questions to answer so fingers crossed.

The other is one I perhaps could have let go but I’ve been hoping that The Game Changer could live up to some early promise shown and bag a handicap or two over hurdles before he takes a break. Ran well at Punchestown in a good race and is up to doing better again, Kevin Sexton is a decent pilot for the few pounds off which will surely be needed in a race like this where you can expect a few to be running from decent marks still. I’m having a small punt that he can come good.

Lastly I thought Lambro ran well at the Punchestown meeting aswell for his new yard and is worth keeping on side for something soon, not sure why they are going for today’s race on the Killarney card for anything other than another nice outing to aid the comeback but he should be kept on the radar. If he is backed that would be interesting for today.

Advice –

Ludlow 2.45 – Sin Bin 1pt Win – 5/1 with most firms

Killarney 3.40 – The Game Changer 0.75pt Win – 10/1 with most firms, 11s and 12s in places
